Reservations Overview
In this section, you will find what you need to know about Grand Canyon reservations for lodging at this national park.
Xanterra South Rim, L.L.C. offers the only "in-park" lodging and camping and are your direct in-park source for activities, camping and lodging in Grand Canyon. We never charge a booking fee for Grand Canyon reservations. We also manage and maintain the in-park facilities for which we take reservations. We are committed to helping you find your ultimate Grand Canyon experience, while working to protect and preserve the park for the future.
How to Make Your Reservations
We offer several options to make reservations:
- To check availability and make/modify a reservation online for El Tovar, Bright Angel Lodge & Cabins, Kachina & Thunderbird Lodges, Maswik Lodge, Yavapai Lodge, or Trailer Village please use the reservation form to the left.

Reservations Hours of Operation
Open 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Daily. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
